12 years ago I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. My world fell apart for the second time (having lost my husband to leukaemia 7 years earlier). I envisaged a life of disability, DMT’s (Disease Modifying Therapy) and eventually a wheelchair. That’s the perception, right?
